যেহেতু Deshra একটি B2B পাইকারি মার্কেটপ্লেস যেখানে ডিসপ্যাচের আগে Deshra-মধ্যস্থ QC হয়, তাই বেশিরভাগ মান-সংক্রান্ত সমস্যা ডেলিভারির আগেই ধরার লক্ষ্য রাখা হয়। ডেলিভারি-পরবর্তী রিটার্ন অ্যাডমিন-নিয়ন্ত্রিত অর্ডার চ্যাটের মাধ্যমে ক্ষেত্রভিত্তিকভাবে পরিচালিত হয়।
Because Deshra is a B2B wholesale marketplace with Deshra-mediated QC before dispatch, most quality issues are intended to be caught before delivery. Post-delivery returns are handled case-by-case through admin-moderated order chat.
যোগ্যতা
- ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, উল্লেখযোগ্যভাবে ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, অথবা বিক্রেতা/কারখানার নিশ্চিত অর্ডার স্পেসিফিকেশনের সাথে না মেলা পণ্য (ভোক্তা-অধিকার সংরক্ষণ আইন, ২০০৯-এর নিম্নমান বা মিথ্যা উপস্থাপনা সংক্রান্ত সুরক্ষা অনুযায়ী) রিটার্নের যোগ্য হতে পারে।
- বাল্ক/পাইকারি পরিমাণ, কাস্টম, বা ক্রেতার স্পেসিফিকেশন অনুযায়ী তৈরি পণ্য, ক্রেতা প্রোডাকশন/QC নিশ্চিত করার পর সীমিত বা কোনো রিটার্ন যোগ্যতা নাও থাকতে পারে — এটি নির্দিষ্ট পণ্য/অর্ডার পাতায় উল্লেখ থাকবে, কারণ বাংলাদেশের আইনে B2B/কাস্টম অর্ডারের জন্য সাধারণ 'মত পরিবর্তন' রিটার্ন অধিকার বাধ্যতামূলক নয়।
- Deshra বর্তমানে একটি নির্দিষ্ট সার্বজনীন রিটার্ন উইন্ডো (যেমন নির্দিষ্ট সংখ্যক দিন) প্রতিশ্রুতি দেয় না, কারণ পাইকারি/B2B পণ্যের জন্য বাংলাদেশের কোনো আইন তা বাধ্যতামূলক করে না; যেকোনো উইন্ডো প্রতিটি লিস্টিং/অর্ডারে দেখানো হবে ও অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণের সময় সম্মত হবে।
Eligibility
- Goods that are damaged, materially defective, or that do not match the seller's/factory's confirmed order specifications (per CRPA 2009 protections against substandard or misrepresented goods) may qualify for return.
- Bulk/wholesale quantity, custom, or made-to-order goods produced to a buyer's specification may have limited or no return eligibility once production/QC has been confirmed by the buyer — this will be stated on the specific product/order page, since Bangladeshi law does not mandate a general 'change of mind' return right for B2B/custom orders.
- Deshra does not currently commit to a fixed universal return window (e.g., a specific number of days) because no Bangladesh statute mandates one for wholesale/B2B goods; any window offered will be shown per listing/order and agreed at order confirmation.
রিটার্ন প্রক্রিয়া
- অর্ডারের চ্যাট থ্রেডে ছবি/ভিডিও প্রমাণসহ সমস্যাটি উত্থাপন করুন; Deshra অ্যাডমিন থ্রেড নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে এবং প্রয়োজনে QC টিমকে যুক্ত করতে পারে।
- যদি Deshra অর্ডারে স্পর্শবিহীন ডেলিভারি/QC সম্পন্ন করে থাকে, তবে পিকআপ, প্রতিস্থাপন বা রিফান্ড সিদ্ধান্তের আগে Deshra নিজস্ব QC রেকর্ড ও ক্রেতার দাবি পর্যালোচনা করবে।
- অনুমোদিত রিটার্ন Deshra-এর স্পর্শবিহীন লজিস্টিক প্রক্রিয়ার মাধ্যমে সংগ্রহ করা হয় যেখানে উপলব্ধ, অথবা অর্ডার চ্যাটে সম্মত নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী।
Return process
- Raise the issue in the order's chat thread with photo/video evidence; Deshra admin moderates the thread and may involve the QC team.
- If Deshra performed contactless delivery/QC on the order, Deshra will review its own QC record alongside the buyer's claim before deciding pickup, replacement, or refund.
- Approved returns are collected via Deshra's contactless logistics process where available, or per instructions agreed in the order chat.
